Damaged items

If something you ordered arrived damaged please - contact me within 24 hours. I am happy to repair damages that are manufacturer defects, please contact me should you have any issues arise.

Sizing details

Ordering the perfect size can be tough, but here is some info that can help.

Measure your wrist with a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet. If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen or pencil then use a ruler to measure the length. That would be your wrist size.

2. Avoid contact with water, body oils, and other chemicals, including household cleaners.
3. Don't wear whilst sleeping
4. Store in a dry place, out of sunlight

How I can track my order?

Orders are sent out with priority airmail which does not include tracking unless track was purchased at checkout. In that case, your tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation.
